Ghostty 左 Option 绕过列选择：确认是 Ghostty macOS 下把 Option 硬编码为矩形选择修饰键；通过 Karabiner 仅在 Ghostty 内把左 Option 单按延迟回放给系统，组合键转成 right_option 保留 Alt 功能。
